Cancellation Policy
🕒 Booking Window Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day delivery, please select the Emergency Delivery option (subject to availability). For Emergency/Same-Day Delivery you must call us directly before 2:00 PM local time. 🚪 Delivery Access For basement delivery, please ensure we have safe access to your softener system. If no one is home, we’ll complete curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged. 💳 Payment Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payments. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours in advance with no fee. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a $10 fee. ❄️ Weather Policy We deliver rain or shine—but in extreme weather, we may reschedule for safety. We’ll notify you immediately if that’s the case.
